A Night at the Roxbury Kamala: A Disappointing Experience

As I walked into the hotel room, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. But little did I know that my stay at the Roxbury Kamala would turn out to be nothing short of disastrous.

From the moment I checked in, it was clear that something was off. The front desk staff seemed put off by my presence, and their attitude only worsened as the hours passed. When I arrived at 12:30 am, expecting to check in as per our arrangement, I was met with a stern-looking woman who seemed utterly perplexed.

'Um, hello... umm... who are you? How did you get on that room?' she stammered, her tone dripping with hostility. I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior and tried to remain calm, explaining our previous arrangement and the agreed-upon check-in time. But it seemed like every word fell on deaf ears.

Things only got worse from there. When I received a call from the front desk later that morning, I was shocked to be told that they were going to charge me for an extra day due to my late arrival. It was now 3 pm, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

To add insult to injury, when I spoke with the staff again, they seemed reluctant to help me resolve the issue. Instead, they made me feel like I was bothering them, like I was some kind of nuisance. I tried to explain that this was not my first time checking in early at the Roxbury Kamala and that I had never been charged for it before, but my words fell on deaf ears.

The final straw came when I was informed that they would only allow me to check-in at noon, despite my original reservation specifying a midnight to 6 am window. And get this - they expected me to pay an early check-in fee, but wouldn't actually grant me the privilege of checking in earlier!

Needless to say, I left the Roxbury Kamala feeling disappointed and frustrated. The staff's unprofessional behavior, lack of willingness to resolve issues, and blatant disregard for their own policies made for a night that I would rather forget.
